Salesperson (Commission-Based)

Job Summary:

Our digital agency is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by promoting our web development, digital marketing, and design services. You will be expected to use your persuasive skills to convince potential clients to use our services and to manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by identifying potential clients and promoting our services
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with our digital marketing and web development teams to provide clients with the best solutions to their needs
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
• Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and achievements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, and design services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
